I am using the hotspot knowledge check for the first time. In preview mode it works if the user gets the answer correct on first attempt. It also works as designed if the user answers incorrectly three times. However, when I purposely answer incorrectly the first time and then try again and answer it correctly I get the try again feedback. If I try a third time I get the incorrect feedback. For some reason it is not recognizing the correct answer on 2nd and third attempt. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this?
I have figured this out. I added a Clear button and updated the retry message to tell the learner to clear their previous selection or selections before they try again.
