I’ve had a pretty crappy health insurance plan as an exchange student and currently at work — and I know there is a co-pay and a high deductible.
But during both cases, when I visited the doctor’s office for walk-in check up for pneumonia or for annual health check, I was never charged anything directly (or in the future), by either clinic.
How does that work?
