Very random but I’m curious..I received new insurance cards in the mail, however I never updated my work, never updated my W4, or notified my blue cross (I know my bad, busy couple months). I did update my driver’s license and Social Security Card. How would they know I changed my name? I also moved to a different state from my insurance, so new address and they had it correct, if that matters.
