How does FFCRA work with COVID test at urgent care?

I am currently out of my network area but my understanding of FFCRA is that out of network tests must be covered in full. I had an exposure to a confirmed positive person a few days ago so I’m trying to get tested tomorrow. Fastest way for me to get a test right now in my area seems to be going to urgent care, since the city-run centers have multi hour wait times. So if I choose to go to urgent care for a test, would FFCRA cover me? Thanks.

FYI my current area is west texas and my insurance is Friday NV
