Hello all, I have several chronic health conditions. I need care every year but can’t afford coverage + deductibles every year. I qualify for Medicaid on my own but am married to someone who makes to much for us to qualify together.
I’m ready to separate from him to change my qualification but I don’t know how far I have to go. Married vs not, living together vs not, filing jointly etc. What minimum has to change to get Medicaid on my own?
