I got vaccinated at Walgreens. They never asked for my insurance information or id. The only things I gave them were my name and address. At the time I assumed the covid vaccine was free and I never got a bill for it. Few months later I noticed they billed my insurance provider for it. Nothing wrong here but I am curious how they were able to correctly bill my insurance provider that too without giving them any information related to it.
