HSA Qualification Questions – HDHP

Hey there folks, I’ve done some searching around for a rather niche question with no luck so far.

I’m trying to determine if I qualify for an HSA since moving to a new company away from my previous firm that did offer an HSA. HDHPs have a minimum deductible of $1400, however, I have a in-network deductible of $1000. I’m curious though, because my out-of-network deductible is $1500. Would this qualify me for an HDHP/HSA?

I’ve seen that in-network/O-o-N makes a difference for the total expense criteria, but I haven’t been able to find anything that indicates how it relates to the deductible criteria.

Trying to squeeze myself into an HSA, hopefully I qualify since they are pretty OP.
