I have until tomorrow to choose a plan

at work and am very confused. I’m debating between the Aetna primera blue cross shared deductible plan and the primera blue cross in-network only plan. I hope someone can respond! I’d pay more monthly for the second option but it seems overall I’d pay more since the annual out of pocket expense is higher. Can someone help explain this to me please… or if you’re familiar with either, any info will be helpful. I was on the state insurance and many doctors didn’t accept that so I’m looking forward to being able to choose good doctors. I want to see a new primary and a few specialists this year, probably 3- dermatology, something for my hormones and thyroid, and an obgyn for a checkup. Also finding a primary. Which plan is ideal for value and quality? Thank you
