I moved overseas as an expat but kept my insurance in the States for times when I come back home since I maintain an address in the States. It’s also the address I use for taxes.

It’s not been cheap to keep this plan going so I’m looking for cheaper alternatives for when I am home to keep compliant with ACA. Any suggestions? This would be for CA.
