If I made an appointment before I loss coverage and the appointment was for after I loss coverage, do I have to pay the whole bill?

Hi, new here and hope I’m doing this right! Sorry if this is a dumb question.

To explain further: I lost coverage back in February due to my birthday aging me out (I turned 26). The coverage didn’t end until the end of the month so I went and made an appointment with my new therapist at a hospital. Unfortunately, the session wouldn’t be until March meaning it would be after I lost coverage. However, despite changing it prior to my session, the bill still lists me as covered.

So my question is: will I have to pay the $300+ for the session or will insurence still cover part of it since I made the appointment while I was insured?

Thank you.
