Does anyone who bills for Illinois providers happen to know what the state requirement is for timely filing of worker’s Comp claims? I can only find timely filing limits for employees to report their injury. I know some payers may have their own TF limits, but is there a state law that mandates a certain time frame? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
