To really simplify things… my back hurts and it has gotten significantly worse and more complex over past 18 months. We’re still trying to figure out how and why.
Did I hurt myself? Maybe? But it’s not like a specific injury that caused all this, so no
Did an injection go wrong and make things worse? possibly? But we don’t know that for sure yet (need EMG) so I can’t say that’s part of an injury
When did it start? I really am at a loss what to put. Do I put when it started? That was nothing compared to where I am now. (Also was when I was under previous employers insurance) but that was really just the start of things. What’s going on now is so much worse and more complex.
So maybe I put when it started getting bad… what if hypothetically that was before I married into this insurance? Would that cause issues? What if that was during a lapse in coverage?
Also we really don’t know what is causing it, I’ve had a whole mess of diagnoses and we know it’s multiple things causing it.
I know I’m overthinking things but I’m really worried about putting the wrong thing. There’s just so many possible answers and only one place to put a date
