In network doctor but out of network facility

Hello! I’ve just recently gotten insurance for the first time through blue cross but I’m a little confused about how the coverage would work. It seems that I have a lot of doctors that are in network but the hospital itself that they work out says out of network. So let’s say the doctor does a test, for example a esophageal test, would I still have to pay for the hospital facilities or would that just all total into the doctor fee? I know that for diagnostics like x-rays and everything I can just request it elsewhere but I just want to know about in cases where the doctor themselves would be performing the exam. Thank you.
