Is there anything I can do about this? I began seeing this provider while I had a different insurance plan (under my parents), but then I turned 26. I picked my current plan based on the fact that on the website for the new insurance, it stated this provider was In Network. Now, the provider’s insurance coordinator is stating that in fact they are NOT In Network… but everything on my end is showing that they are. Is there anything I can do? I am on a managed Medicaid plan so I am not sure I can even see Out of Network providers…. but the whole reason I chose the managed plan I did (which doesn’t cover some of my medications, unlike some other plans I could’ve picked) was because this provider was In Network.
