Insurance Being Billed Full Rate for Medication when I’m using a savings card? Texas

I have been on a new medication for about a year now and I signed up for a savings card that the medication producer offers (Ubrelvy, I think it is because it is a newer drug) to only pay $10 per refill for one year. On the yearly anniversary they stopped sending, so I signed up for another card, at the request of my neurologist, and it appears to work for the new prescription which is great for me, as the medication normally costs $868 for 10 through my insurance. However, I noticed that my deductible was counting the full $868 for each refill when I’m only paying $10 for each refill with the savings card, I didn’t even know it was being billed to my private medical insurance through my job. I’m definitely not trying to blow the whistle on myself, but is this on the up-and-up? Do I have need to worry about this, or am I good?
