I’m preparing for a surgery that requires electrolysis. Both of these are covered by my insurance (Utah Medicaid thru SelectHealth) under my circumstances (requirement for necessary surgery). However, all places that offer this service (electrolysis) in the state are only set up for self-pay and do not accept insurance. As I cannot afford to self-pay, what might my options be?
