Insurance for NICU and extended hospital stay

My daughter was admitted to the hospital in week 23 of her pregnancy. She has an “incompetent cervix” and will undoubtedly deliver her twins very early. She gets very upset about financial matters and I’m pursuing this without her help in order to save her the anxiety.

Shell probably be hospitalized for at least 5 weeks. We expect the premies will require significant time in the NICU. She has a good job that has Anthem (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) group insurance.

Does anyone know whether Anthem will cover the lion’s share of these costs? Will she hit a lifetime maximum that forces her to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars out of pocket? I can’t access her policy information or talk to Anthem–I’m just trying to get an advance picture of what she’s in for without her involvement. Thanks for any insight!!!

Edit: per Mod request, daughter is 29, lives in Ohio, and earns about $60k yearly.
