So I live in virginia which is also where my employers headquarters are located at. My company is in multiple states(15 last I counted) and provides health insurance. I want to get a gastric bypass surgery. Virginia does not mandate this coverage, but as I understand it, Maryland requires coverage.
If I move to Maryland, even if my insurance didn’t change, would I be eligible for this coverage? This move would be a roughly 10 mile move so Bout a huge deal
