My health insurance was active based on the last time I worked with that company. I emailed the insurance and just found out my coverage was terminated 11/30/21, but I’ve been going to acupuncture this month and paying the $55 copay. Without insurance the visit is $155. When the insurance updates and says inactive will I be expected to pay the insurance company $100?
