Insurance touted free telehealth last year, but has since reneged

Last year in the midst of Covid I received many notifications about free behavioral health services, despite that not being typically covered in my plan. I took them up on it and did receive full coverage. Until January 2021. The only problem is that I didn’t know they were stopping coverage, and I don’t have access to any documents that stated an end date and didn’t receive any notifications that there was one as of yet. Now I am stuck with three months worth of bills. Of course I wish I had asked a little bit more at the time, but do I have any recourse now?
