Is 20% Coinsurance after deductible generally considered good?

I’m in my first year teaching in the State of Utah and it seems like preventive services is covered 100% and then the bulk of everything seems to be about a 20% coinsurance, 7$ generic drug cost, and 30$ visits to physicians at the pharmacies and providers who are participating.

Just a question, would you consider this good bad, average, excellent for the average employee ? What about for the Average government employee?

I hope I used the right flair I really appreciate this thread helping out the uninformed average guy like myself.

Age: 25 Zip: 84737 Salary: 50k ish

My employee Biweekly premium for myself is about 100$
