First post here and confused about coverage at the moment. I have Aetna Student Health (Open Choice PPO) insurance from my university, and I currently reside in Rochester, NY 14623. I am trying to figure out whether Circle Medical is covered by my insurance since I would like to get tested for ADHD. According to the Circle Medical website, they say they are covered by Aetna insurance. I was about to book an appointment with them when I found the cost to be 10% coinsurance, after entering my insurance information. That’s when I decided to call Aetna to inquire more about my charges since at the time I was unsure what copay was and how the spending would work.
However when calling Aetna student health, they replied that they could not find this institution within their network. They also showed me their website for searching providers within their network (you can search as a guest), and I could not find them either.
My question is whether they are actually covered or not.
