I’m just curious. I had my first screening mammogram done a couple months ago and my insurance quickly processed a claim from the center and radiologist. I just got an additional notice saying they paid a claim to my PCP for $300. The mammogram was normal and he just emailed me a copy of the report (which I’d already received from the radiologist) with a note that it was “good news.” I didn’t have to pay anything – just was surprised to see he got so much money for it and am curious.
