Long story short I got prescribed a CPAP, the sleep doc put the order in, the supply company called me and eventually sent me something to sign. The document clearly said they would be sending me a Dreamstation machine, but it arrived today and it’s a resmed airsense. I looked at the included copy of the contract and it says resmed on it. I signed something (electronically) and they changed it and sent me a different contract with my signature on it. Is this allowed? This feels really illegal.
Should I contact my insurer and tell them about this I or is it something they’re aware of and either don’t care or benefit from?
