Is it okay to have a health insurance plan that’s based in a different state than where I live?

I’m interviewing for a fully remote job. The company is based in Texas, but I live nowhere near Texas. They offer Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, and fully pay for it. Does it make sense for me to enroll in that? Will it cause problems like not being able to find in-network providers?

Or should I ask if they can provide me with some other insurance? I don’t know how to proceed.
