I called them and the rude moron told me they’d pay for new lenses, but I said I can’t do that because I can’t send away my glasses for 2 weeks because my vision is bad I can’t function without them.
This awful human then blamed me for not having a back up pair. First you assholes don’t cover them and second I’m still young my prescription has changed every single time I’ve been to the eye doctor.
It’s getting dangerous I struggle to see when I’m driving. I don’t know what to do, I’ve got like 6 months left before I get new frames.
