Is there anywhere/any way to get free back surgery/procedures(discectomy, nerve ablation, lumbar epidural/cortisol injections, muscle trigger/spasm relief, shots, PT or a chiropractic) through any clinics or hospitals in NJ/NY/PA/DE(willing to travel)?

I’m in terrible pain from herniated L4, L5, S1, bad knees, muscle spasms, and flat feet(I use insoles for FF/Plantar Fasciitis). I just want to contribute, healthily, to society again, and never take drugs for it again! This is ruining me, I am only 35(m), and work is currently excruciating beyond what my words can articulate. Please, agents, doctors, surgeons, I need your skills. Thank you all in advance!
