Filled prescription that had $150 copay, but coupon was applied bringing my OOP to $0.00. UHC ran it through with $150 co-insurance which immediately deducted it from my FSA. I have $312 or so in FSA reimbursements pending going back to 10/21 date of service. I submitted two claims on 10/20 and received my reimbursements via direct deposit on Tuesday this last week, so wondering why all these other claims remain unpaid. And, I have bo way to re-deposit that $150 into my FSA and they won’t reverse it despite pharmacy transaction history showing patient responsibility $0.00. They also covered another medication on 10/26 with co-insurance of $66. The medication is listed under “My Medications” on their website, but there is no pharmacy claim visible.
I submitted/uploaded the receipt to create a manual reimbursement on 10/27 and this claim is also not visible on their app or website.
Is UHC just this shitty, I’ve already called and got the run around and was on hold and then hung up on.
Is this par for the course for them or should I reach out to own dedicated health advocate? Not sure if they can be used or helpful for something like this.
Thank you!
