It took three months to get an itemized statement for my surgery. It shows that my surgery was longer than it really was. Am I misunderstanding this?

The bill shows:

OR CASE ADDTNL MINUTES NG ONLY – (quantity: 74): $6,068.0

My surgery lasted less than an hour. Is this normal?
