Just arrived in USA now dealing with health insurance – what’s the best plan?

Hi! My husband and I have just moved to USA and we now have to decide on our health insurance plan. His employer is offering Kaiser HDHP, Providence HDHP and Blue Cross HDHP and while it’s clear what HDHP offers we still don’t get why we would choose one insurance provider over the other. As we’ve just arrived, we really don’t have a network of doctors we rely on, so I assume we can just choose the doctors that work with the insurance we are going to choose, am I mistaken?

Our situation: 33yo, currently living in Oregon, planning to have a child next year, I might get regular gynecological screening as just discovered HPV positive from a previous examination back in Europe (ah, the perfect timing!), normally good health (even though anything can happen at any time, so better safe than sorry).
According to you what is the best health insurance provider among these in Oregon (or in general)? What is your experience?
Thanks a lot for your help!
