I’m ‘eligible’ for about 105 different insurance options.
I’m 26, single, no kids, live with my parents working retail/Sports Coaching.
I’m looking for something that covers medical, dental, and vision and that works with my local hospitals.
Every plan that I look at – my local hospitals are ‘out of network’ – EVERY plan is an HMO plan. Maybe I’m misunderstanding something? (No PPO options at all?..)
I’m searching for major hospitals and getting nothing but red X’s. Do I have to search for a specific doctor in that hospital?
I’m just confused – I don’t want to pay for something where…when I go to use it the person behind the desk tells me it’s useless…
My job offers no medical benefits and no help on navigating getting them.
