Kaiser HMO vs. Cigna PPO Plans (100/80, 90/70, 80/60) for only Mental Health needs?

Hello everyone,

The only healthcare service I need right now is therapy, and possibly receive antidepressants or anti-anxiety pills. I’m not sure which plan is right for me. I do not want to pay too much for a plan I won’t utilize.
