I just got health insurance through the federal marketplace in August and I’m happy with my plan, but I received a letter in the mail a few weeks ago saying that the marketplace is going away and I won’t have health insurance anymore starting in January 2022 if I don’t get a new plan through kynect.ky.gov. I’m trying to see what plans are available and what kind of tax credit I can get, but the website just straight up doesn’t work. It just buffers and then times out when I try to see my plans and eligibility. Has anyone run into this? I don’t know what to do and I’m super anxious about not having insurance if I don’t figure it out. I’ve tried calling and have sat on the phone for 2 hours with no luck.
