Looking at employee benefits. Super confused on the health insurance!

It states: You pay $14 copayment plus the remaining allowed amount until you meet your deductible. Then, you pay the copayment plus your coinsurance.

Coinsurance is 20% up to $2800.

It says annual deductible is $490 per individual.

I will be the only one on this insurance if I choose to take it. I do not understand what the fist bit means. Or, how much I will have to pay for doctors visits.

Please help!
