Basically their health insurance kicks in after 90 days. Currently on Obamacare (OC) . So, if it kicks in after 90 days, I don’t have to drop my OC insurance the moment I get hired right, I should only drop it until the health insurance kicks in? I’m not hired yet under this company/start-up they specialize in marketing/lead generation/sales and so I don’t exactly see an EOB or health insurance plan description of the types of coverage they offer, let alone dental and vision.
