Lyra health vs. Health insurance for therapy

I was seeing a therapist under my blue cross blue shield health insurance plan. I no longer have that plan after switching employers and my insurance is now Aetna, which my therapist does not take. However, I have X number of free therapy sessions per year through Lyra that I would like to use rather than using my health insurance, but my therapist is not a Lyra participant currently.

It seems possible to have them enroll in Lyra, but I was wondering if Lyra pays providers significantly less than typical insurances?
