Hey all– quick question. Hopefully I’m not mangling this too bad.
I have a HDHP with a $2,000 deductible. After my deductible is maxed, I only have to pay a $60 co-pay for most visits. At the beginning of the month, I had used $250 of it. Then, two weeks later, I had an MRI and was billed the remaining $1,750; however, this latter claim has not yet appeared on my UHC account.
Let’s say, hypothetically, I have another MRI next week, and the aforementioned $1,750 claim has still not posted. Will I be billed a similar amount for the second MRI? Or will I be billed just my co-pay?
