Hello there,
We were in a mobile vehicle accident, and the same ambulance transported me and my two-year-old daughter to hospital’s ER. Both of us were admitted.
Last week, we got a bill from the ambulance company for my daughter, and I provided her insurance info.
Yesterday when I checked my insurance’s portal, it showed that the insurance submitted a claim for both me and my daughter. While mine was approved, my daughter’s bill was declined. I wonder what is going on.
Does ambulance charge per ride or per person? I am wondering if paying my claim would also satisfy my daughter’s.
I don’t know if this is relevant but my insurance did approve the claims of both my and my daughter’s ER visit.
Thanks!
