Hello! I need some advice, my mom manages my health insurance since I’m under my fathers disability health insurance. I have some pretty severe chronic issues and my health insurance has covered everything and up until this morning it’s been great! I however woke up this morning and my health insurance has been canceled without notice and without reason. My mom still makes the same, my dad still has disability, I’ve been on this health plan since I was a kid and according to my mom I’m suppose to be on it until I’m 24. My mother is calling on my behalf since she knows more about it than I do (and she’s one scary person when someone messes with her). I’m deeply confused and concerned about why it was canceled. I’m deeply concerned about my plan also since I have a difficult plan to get into with limited spots. I’ve also lost my general doctor and my OBY/GYN that were aware of my list of medical issues. Should I sue? I’m not sure what to do.
