Meeting deductible after an unpaid bill

I plan on calling my insurance provider (Florida Blue) with other questions but was curious for some insight on this matter before I give them a call on Monday.

I have a $3k deductible. I’m pregnant so I’ve hit that easily (fortunately and unfortunately lol).

My question is.. I have a couple of bills that I’ve received and need to pay for. However, since receiving those bills, I’ve hit my deductible. Do I still pay these bills despite already paying the $3k for my deductible? Or do I tell my insurance company about the unpaid bills?

I hope that makes sense? I’m new to the “deductible” insurance world.
