Might have accidentally lied?

So, I got a new insurance at the beginning of last year while still on my parents’ insurance. Sometime in May/June my parents dropped me from their insurance and i then changed everything to be on my own insurance. I was totally convicted that the day i was dropped was May 5th, full stop. Last year, i had an insurance dispute about a claim from mid june because the doctor i was with at the time charged the first insurance that i was no longer on as my primary, causing my actual insurance to deny the bill as well because they saw another insurance on the claim. I called, gave them the date i was dropped from the first insurance, everything got cleared up, they paid the bill, great. The same thing just happened about two earlier claims, both from late may of last year. I called, thinking that i was dropped May 5th and telling the customer service woman this with full confidence. She looked at my records and said my drop date was listed as June 1st, but that she would change it to be ‘correct.’ I froze up then. I’m sure I would’ve known better closer to the date that i was actually dropped, and my mother (the organizational nightmare she is) lost the records, so i have no way to double check. So, now i’m almost certain i actually was dropped June 1st and I just lied to insurance completely on accident, but I’m also really socially anxious and was panicking too hard to mention it on the phone so I just let her go through with resubmitting the drop date. I’m kind of panicking because i’m not sure what the consequences could be if I’m wrong. They just tell me i’m wrong and they won’t pay it? Help?
