I’ll be moving back in July, am I able to sign up mid year, or is enrollment only available at specific times of year? Also how long in advance should I enroll? Not sure if there is a lag time for coverage after applying. And lastly, it sounds like PPO plans are the most desirable but also most expensive, am I understanding that correctly?
