Hi all, I’m relocating to Texas but my employer is based in California. I was told by HR that if I pick the anthem PPO plan it can be used in Texas but when I put in my new zipcode it says they do not cover the area. Anthem is the same as BCBS of Texas is it not? I don’t understand why it could not work. Anthem is separate from Blue Cross in California but it’s literally combined in Texas. Can anyone explain?
