Moving states on employer provided Insurance

I’m tentatively planning on moving states and working remotely for my current employer.

I can’t find anything that says one way or another whether employer plans are locked into specific states (Aetna is the insurance). Everything I find on Google is talking about individual marketplace plans and says you have to get a new plan, but I can’t find anything specifically about employer provided plans. I’m moving from PA to possibly Virginia but could be any other state and am trying to guess if I’ll have to find a plan on the marketplace or if I’ll get to retain my current plan from my employer.

I realize this is a question that my employer can answer, but I’m trying to avoid asking this to HR until the time is right. So any help is appreciated.
