My partner and I are moving to a new state in about two weeks. His perscriber suddenly dropped him once he told her about the move and she did not give him much of a plan on what to do next. He only has a certain amount of medication to take before he runs out. How soon does it take to get health insurance when you move from state A to B ? He only has an out of state ID when he applies for it, is that ok? Can we apply for the new states health insurance before we physically move or do we have to wait till we get there?
