My company offers an insurance plan that seems way too good to be true. Is this right?

I’m looking at the blue shield HDHP w/ HRA plan.

The way I’m reading it, it seems like I will pay $240 a year as an individual. $750 out of pocket for my initial deductible before dipping into the company pool. And then MAYBE an extra $1150 to meet the out of pocket maximum after I spend my company pool share. That means that I could literally almost die and I would only have to pay a maximum of $2140 out of pocket each year. Am I reading this right
