My girlfriend is employed by two different non-competing companies offering the same medical insurance from the same health insurance provider. Can electing or waiving health insurance from new employer give her away as already employed and having health insurance?

I was told that electing or waiving health insurance will allow the employers to know that you have another job, but I wanted to ask an expert on here.
