Hello! I recently bough health insurance off the market place. It is marketplace Molina. When I checked to see if they take my doctor it said that they did take my doctor. Now that I’ve paid the first month my doctor told me they don’t take that insurance. Ugh. I need to go to that doctor bc of health issues though.
I called marketplace and told them the situation and they said I can only enroll if there’s been an event in my life such as becoming pregnant or my job has offered insurance.They did mention if my insurance lapses then I can apply for new insurance…
I havnt paid since I first got insurance so it’s been a good 3 months. If I let my insurance lapse, can I get new insurance ? Does anyone know ?? And will this effect me brashly ?
