My insurance wants to retroactively charge me copays for a year of nutritional counseling. I plan to appeal, but how do I get good results?

I was referred by my psychiatrist for nutritional counseling in order to manage an eating disorder. During COVID-19 my copay for telehealth mental health care was 0%. Apparently the 0% copay was erroneously processed for nutritional counseling. Am I just f**ked or do I have options?
