These are the options in their words:
Option 1:

Option 2:
$1,000/$2,000 annual deductible (individual/family) This plan only allows for FSA enrollment through your Zenefits account 20% coinsurance after deductible met Deductible resets at beginning of each CALENDAR year Annual out-of-pocket maximum is $6,500/$13,000 (individual/family) Monthly premiums paid 100% for employee and all dependents
About me:
I am a healthy 33 year old who only goes to the doctor when necessary. That said, my mom is a cancer survivor and as such I have to, at the very least, start getting Colonoscopies. I want the best plan for me. My wife has her own insurance paid through work and my son is covered accordingly so as far as health goes, I’m here for what’s best for me. What’s going to keep my out of pocket low on routine stuff but also protect me if something does go sideways?
In the past I’ve only had PPOs so this is a change of pace for me. My issue is I don’t know how to determine copays on these plans mostly.
